Dr. Florence Fon (Provider/Founder)
DNP-FNP-BC
Florence Fon is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Florence Graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire in 2019 and from Walden University in 2015 with honors. Having more than 16 years of diverse healthcare experience, her areas of interest include Pediatric and adolescent health, chronic disease management and health promotion. She believes care should be customized for every individual to reflect their unique condition and the person they are. Generic care planning is costing our society a lot of money. Patients on a daily bases report having the feeling they are moving through a revolving door. Listening and advocating for her patients is what drives Florence’s passion to listen and customize care for her patients. Her extensive knowledge in case management coupled with 16 years in outpatient, inpatient, long term care, and community health makes her the partner in health you want when you find yourself in a bad position needing expertise and empathy. She understands health disparity; that one size does not fit all. Most importantly, she understands you are as unique as your health care needs.
Louis Saeger, MD
Dr. Saeger is a partner with Advanced Spine and Pain Clinics of Minnesota. His private practice is focused on interventional pain management, spinal diagnostics, and state-of-the-art minimally invasive surgical techniques. He is Board Certified in both Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine. Dr. Saeger’s career in pain management began in medical school at the University of Oklahoma.
Since entering private practice in 1986, Dr. Saeger has been increasingly focused on the diagnosis and treatment of spine-related pain. He is a contributor to the Journal of Pain Medicine. He is also an active member of the North American Spine Society, the North American Neuromodulation Society, and the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians.
